My parcel is "Not found", what shall I do?
“Not Found” means we do not find any information for that number. We recommend that you double check your tracking number; or contact the shipper (the retailer where you purchased your order) for verification.
If the tracking number is correct, please wait for at least 1-2 days after the parcel(s) have been sent for tracking details to be available.
I didn’t receive my order; can I get a refund?
If you’d like to ask for a refund, please contact the seller (shipper) where you placed your order to submit your request.

If you have placed an order and are looking for information on this particular ORDER, besides the information that displays on our website, there’s no additional information can be given to you via 17TRACK.
How can I submit a change of the address?
Normally, if the parcel has been already shipped out, the address could not be changed then. You can only wait until your parcel arrives in your country then submit the request of address change to your local shipping carrier. You can visit the carrier’s official website to get help as well.
My parcel was stuck at somewhere; can you update some new info?
We understand how important it is for you to get a timely update for your parcels. Regrettably, under normal circumstances, an expected arrival date is not available from the carrier for international mailings. The shipping status will be updated when the new information is registered in the carrier’s information system.
If the tracking information of your parcel hasn’t been updated in a long period of time, it means that the parcel is either still in transit to its destination country or the carrier has omitted to enter new tracking information. Certain shipping method has no full tracking capabilities. In this case, please contact the sender(The one who sent the item to you) directly. The sender who has all the drop-off information can also start a formal investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel with the company responsible for shipping in his/her country.
Can you confirm the address with my tracking number?
No, actually. We cannot obtain your address information with your tracking number.
Neroxlogistics is an independent third party, which only provides tracking information. We are neither involved in shipping nor selling. Therefore, only the sender and their carrier who’s carrying your order would know the delivery address. Please note that recipient addresses are private information; If needed, please contact the package sender to confirm your delivery address.
What's the difference between registered mail and surface mail?
Shippers may choose to send a parcel by rapid speed post or affordable registered mail. For low valued items, shippers usually prefer the unregistered service.
Thus, a registered mail is trackable and unregistered surface mail doesn’t have full tracking information.
In fact, surface parcels will be bagged into a large pack and the carrier will throw them into the dispatching center for departure, that’s all the info you will have. No additional info will be updated after departure.
What shall I do if my parcel requires customs clearance?
Customs clearance is a mandatory process for every international shipment. You may contact your shipping carrier to find out how the customs clearance is handled. The alternative can be to contact your sender in case any paper is required to pay tax. Normally, for small parcels, tax maybe not required. But most high valued parcels are tax payable. Please be conscious of this when you are expecting an international parcel.
